KJ-C2630 is an experimental *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy candidate developed by CARsgen Therapeutics for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Built on the proprietary CARvivo™ platform, KJ-C2630 utilizes a viral vector to deliver a GPC3-targeting CAR gene directly to T cells within the patient's body, bypassing the need for complex *ex vivo* manufacturing and lymphodepletion. The platform employs patent-protected viral envelopes—which may target markers such as CD38 for T-cell entry—and T-cell-specific promoters to ensure precise and efficient transduction of the therapeutic gene into the host's immune cells. By targeting Glypican-3 (GPC3), an oncofetal antigen frequently overexpressed in HCC, KJ-C2630 aims to induce a potent and specific anti-tumor immune response directly from the patient's endogenous immune system.
