KJ-C2632 is an experimental *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by CARsgen Therapeutics for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies that require complex manufacturing of patient cells outside the body, KJ-C2632 utilizes CARsgen's proprietary CARvivo™ platform to generate CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body. The product is designed to simultaneously target two well-validated multiple myeloma antigens: B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member D (GPRC5D). This dual-targeting approach aims to enhance therapeutic efficacy and mitigate the risk of tumor escape through antigen loss. As of mid-2024, the program is in the pre-clinical stage of development.
