Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KJ-C2633 is an innovative *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by CARsgen Therapeutics. Built on the proprietary CARvivo™ platform, KJ-C2633 is designed to target both CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) simultaneously. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR T-cell therapies that require complex manufacturing of patient cells outside the body, this *in vivo* approach aims to generate CAR T-cells directly within the patient's body, potentially improving accessibility and reducing treatment timelines. The therapy is currently being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) and various autoimmune diseases.
