**KJ017** is a highly glycosylated recombinant human hyaluronidase (rHuPH20) enzyme developed by Bao Pharma for subcutaneous drug delivery. It enzymatically degrades hyaluronic acid (HA) in the subcutaneous tissue, temporarily increasing tissue permeability to enable rapid, high-volume subcutaneous administration of co-formulated drugs or biologics, facilitating a shift from intravenous to self-administrable settings. This enhances patient convenience, safety, and supports lifecycle management of therapies; it is also indicated as an adjuvant for dermal rehydration due to various causes. Currently in NDA/BLA stage in China.[1][3][5][7]
