KK2223 is an investigational small‑molecule antineoplastic agent being developed by Kyowa Kirin for the treatment of relapsed or refractory T‑cell non‑Hodgkin lymphomas, including peripheral T‑cell lymphoma (PTCL) and cutaneous T‑cell lymphoma (CTCL).[1][3][11][14][9] It is administered as an intravenous infusion in a first‑in‑human, multicenter, open‑label phase 1 dose‑escalation and backfill study designed to characterize safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity in adults with PTCL or CTCL who have failed prior systemic therapies.[7][11] KK2223 is classified broadly as an antineoplastic with an undefined and undisclosed mechanism of action and molecular target; detailed target biology and signaling pathway engagement have not yet been publicly reported.[3][1][9]
