KK2269 + docetaxel is an experimental combination therapy under clinical evaluation for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, esophageal adenocarcinoma, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), especially after at least one prior systemic therapy.[1][3][5][7] KK2269 is described as an epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM, also known as TACSTD1) immune modulator that can promote antitumor activity and tumor-specific immune responses when used with docetaxel, a standard chemotherapy agent.[1] Docetaxel is a semi-synthetic taxoid antineoplastic drug that stabilizes microtubules, preventing cell division and inducing apoptosis in cancer cells.[2][4]
