KK2430 (also known as KHK2430) is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Kyowa Kirin using Genmab's DuoBody technology. It is designed as a T-cell engager that simultaneously targets CD3 on T-lymphocytes and CD123 (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha) on hematologic cancer cells. CD123 is frequently overexpressed in various hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN). By binding both targets, KK2430 recruits and activates T-cells to specifically eliminate CD123-positive malignant cells. The drug is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2 first-in-human clinical trial for adult patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic neoplasms, administered via intravenous infusion.
