KL340399 is a small molecule STING (stimulator of interferon genes) agonist in clinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It acts by activating the intracellular innate immune adaptor protein STING (also known as TMEM173), which leads to immunoactivating and antineoplastic effects.
