Overview

KLH-DC vaccine is a dendritic cell-based vaccine developed for veterinary use, specifically in the treatment of canine malignant melanoma. It consists of dendritic cells pulsed with Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH) to induce immune responses. In studies, vaccination with KLH-DC has been shown to elicit delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) responses against KLH, indicating the induction of T cell-mediated immunity.
