Overview
Klimaktoplant H is a non-hormonal, homeopathic medicinal product developed by Deutsche Homöopathie-Union (DHU) for the treatment of acute menopausal complaints. It is an oral tablet formulation containing a combination of four homeopathic triturations: *Cimicifuga racemosa* (D2), *Sepia officinalis* (D2), *Strychnos ignatii* (D3), and *Sanguinaria canadensis* (D6). The product is indicated for vasomotor, psychosomatic, and neurovegetative symptoms such as hot flushes, sweating, palpitations, vertigo, and emotional instability during the pre-, peri-, and early postmenopausal periods. It has been evaluated in Phase III clinical trials as a hormone-free alternative for managing menopause-related quality of life.
