Klimatophan is a homeopathic combination drug indicated for the relief of menopausal (climacteric) symptoms. It is formulated as an oral tablet containing four active ingredients: *Cimicifuga racemosa*, *Ignatia*, *Sanguinaria*, and *Sepia*. These components are traditionally used in homeopathy to manage a variety of symptoms associated with the transition into menopause, including hot flashes, excessive sweating, palpitations, sleep disturbances, and depressive moods. The product was developed by the Deutsche Homöopathie-Union (DHU) and is distributed in South Korea by LB Abnoba, where it is approved for clinical use.
