KLT-1101

KLT-1101 is a recombinant human cytokine drug developed by KANG LI TAI Pharmaceutical. It acts as an interleukin-12 receptor (IL-12R) stimulant, designed to stimulate bone marrow hematopoiesis, protect the hematopoietic microenvironment, and provide radiation protection. The drug has demonstrated potential in enhancing immune function by proliferating and activating T cells and NK cells, thereby boosting the patient's immune system. Its primary clinical applications include prevention and treatment of granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia caused by chemoradiotherapy, tumor immunotherapy (including combination therapy), mitigation of chemotherapy-induced blood cell reduction, and acute radiation disease management.
