KLTO-303

KLTO-303 is an investigational gene therapy developed by Klotho Neurosciences for the treatment of aging-related pathologies. The therapy leverages adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors to deliver tissue-specific promoters driving expression of the Klotho gene, which encodes the Klotho protein—a factor associated with neuroprotection and longevity. KLTO-303 is being developed in partnership with AAVnerGene, utilizing their proprietary AAVone manufacturing system and ATHENA targeted delivery platform, aiming to achieve high tissue specificity, enhanced efficacy, and reduced toxicity compared to conventional AAV therapies.
