Overview

KM1 is an oncolytic vaccinia virus injection being developed by Shenzhen Hua Yao Kang Ming Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. It is administered intratumorally and is currently in clinical trials for advanced malignant solid tumors, including advanced cervical cancer, advanced endometrial cancer, and urothelial carcinoma, as well as for high-risk recurrent non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. The drug is designed to selectively infect and replicate within cancer cells, leading to their destruction.
