KM257 is a bispecific antibody that targets two distinct domains of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2; ErbB2), a tumor-associated antigen. It is designed with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities for the treatment of HER2-positive or HER2-expressing solid tumors. The drug acts as an antagonist to HER2, aiming to inhibit tumor growth by blocking signaling pathways associated with this receptor.
