Overview

KM602 is a recombinant fusion protein composed of the extracellular domain of human CD80 (B7.1) fused to a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) Fc fragment. It is being developed as an antineoplastic agent with potential immunostimulatory and immune checkpoint inhibitory activities. The drug is designed to modulate immune responses against tumors by targeting pathways involved in T cell activation and immune evasion. Its primary indication under investigation is for advanced solid tumors, including inoperable or metastatic disease settings[1][2][3][4][5].
