Overview

KN015 is a long-acting, recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) Fc fusion protein developed for infertility treatment. It induces follicle development and is designed to require only a single subcutaneous injection in a controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) treatment cycle, compared to multiple injections needed with existing FSH products. In preclinical studies, KN015 demonstrated longer in vivo half-life and similar bioactivity compared to Gonal-F. Phase 1 clinical trials showed that a single dose of KN015 was able to induce follicular growth in healthy, pituitary-suppressed women with a tolerable safety profile.
