KN046 + ningatinib

KN046 + ningatinib is a combination therapy comprising **KN046**, a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4), and **ningatinib**, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. KN046 blocks both the PD-L1/PD-1 and CTLA-4/CD80/86 pathways, resulting in enhanced T-cell activation and an augmented antitumor immune response. Ningatinib (also known as CT053PTSA or BPI-23314) inhibits multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR), platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR), and c-Kit, thereby suppressing tumor angiogenesis and proliferation. This combination is being investigated for its potential synergistic antitumor activity, with a primary focus on advanced and metastatic solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer.
