KN5506 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by Rui Therapeutics (Shenzhen Enrui Kainuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd.). Currently in the early research and development (preclinical) stage, KN5506 is part of a pipeline of "First-in-Class" candidates derived from the company's CAR-NK technology platform.
