KN5601-K is a second-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy that simultaneously targets CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). Developed by The Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, this investigational therapy is designed to treat pediatric B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases by depleting both B cells and plasma cells.
