Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**KNK-ID-101** is an off-the-shelf natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by Kiadis Pharma using proprietary PM21 particle technology and Universal Donor platform to enable large-scale manufacturing of expanded and activated NK cells from unique universal donors. It leverages enhanced NK cell anti-viral properties demonstrated in prior trials against CMV and BKV infections, positioning it as a post-exposure pre-emptive therapy for high-risk COVID-19 patients by repairing deficient NK cell function, eliminating SARS-CoV-2 infected cells, and synergizing with antibodies and vaccines without exacerbating inflammation.[3][5][7][9]
