Overview
KOfactor1 is a proprietary nutraceutical formulation developed by NewG Lab Pharma in collaboration with KoDiscovery. It consists of a synergistic combination of three active ingredients: luteolin (a flavonoid), rutin (a flavonoid), and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG, a polyphenol from green tea). The product is designed to target the Warburg Effect, a metabolic hallmark of cancer cells characterized by a reliance on aerobic glycolysis. By synergistically affecting multiple cellular mechanisms, KOfactor1 aims to reduce the availability of energy substrates to cancer cells and induce apoptosis without negatively impacting healthy cells. The formulation is based on internal data demonstrating enhanced efficacy in killing cancer cells when these three compounds are combined in a specific ratio.
