Overview
Kofol Immunity (also known as Kofol Immunity Tablet) is an approved, orally administered Ayurvedic proprietary medicine developed and manufactured by Charak Pharma. It is a multi-herb formulation containing a blend of eight key Ayurvedic herbs: Giloy (Guduchi), Haldi (Turmeric), Triphala Guggul, Shunthi (Ginger), Pippali (Long Pepper), Black Pepper (Kali Mirch), Manjishtha, and Chitrak. Kofol Immunity is indicated for boosting the body's natural defense system against seasonal infections (such as cold, cough, and viral infections) and supporting respiratory health. Clinically tested in randomized, placebo-controlled trials, the formulation has been shown to improve immune response, enhance respiratory health (measured by peak expiratory flow rate), reduce inflammatory markers (such as TNF-alpha and interferon-gamma), and alleviate psychological stress.
