Overview
Kofol Sip (also marketed as Kofol Ayurvedic Sip – Instant Kadha) is an approved Ayurvedic proprietary formulation developed by Charak Pharma. It is a sugar-free, non-drowsy instant herbal decoction (Kadha) designed to provide relief from cough, cold, sore throat, and seasonal viral flu, while also supporting immunity and metabolism. The formulation contains a blend of traditional Ayurvedic herbs, including Shunthi (ginger), Yashtimadhu (licorice), Bibhitak (Terminalia bellerica), Kababchini (cubeb pepper), Marich (black pepper), and Lavang (clove) oil. It is administered orally by dissolving a 3g sachet in hot water, taken 2 to 3 times daily.
