Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kojimed Ultra is a topical depigmenting cream developed by Med Manor Organics to treat hyperpigmentation, melasma, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It is formulated as a combination of active ingredients including hydroquinone, kojic dipalmitate, lactic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, and grape seed oil. Hydroquinone and kojic dipalmitate act as potent inhibitors of tyrosinase, the rate-limiting enzyme in melanin synthesis, thereby reducing melanin production and lightening hyperpigmented areas. Lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), provides gentle exfoliation to promote cell turnover and improve skin texture, while ascorbyl palmitate (a stable form of vitamin C) and grape seed oil offer antioxidant protection and enhance skin radiance.
