KOSEC01

KOSEC01 is a first-in-class, cell-free, secretome-based biologic therapy developed by RenoVate Therapeutics for the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). The therapy consists of a complex mixture of anti-fibrotic and pro-regenerative biomolecules harvested from human kidney cells grown in a proprietary 3D OrganoSpheroid culture system. This "off-the-shelf" therapeutic approach is designed to harness natural kidney repair mechanisms to reduce renal fibrosis and enhance tissue regeneration. KOSEC01 is intended to be effective for all CKD patients regardless of the underlying cause of the disease, aiming to improve kidney function and prevent progression to end-stage renal failure.
