Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kosnate-D Plus (referred to in some sources as Koselugo-D Plus) is a multi-ingredient nutritional supplement developed and marketed by AGP in Pakistan for the maintenance of bone health and the treatment or prevention of bone disorders such as osteoporosis, osteomalacia, and hypoparathyroidism. It is formulated as an oral powder sachet containing a combination of Ossein Mineral Complex (providing organic bone matrix and calcium), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Zinc. This combination works synergistically to promote bone mineralization, enhance calcium absorption via the Vitamin D receptor (VDR), and support the carboxylation of bone proteins like osteocalcin through Vitamin K-dependent gamma-carboxylase (GGCX).
