Overview

KP-09S is a novel degradable molecular glue developed by Kangpu Biopharmaceuticals. It functions as a cereblon (CRBN) modulator, specifically targeting the CRBN E3 ubiquitin ligase complex (CRL4-CRBN). By modulating this complex, KP-09S promotes the degradation of specific proteins involved in disease processes, particularly in neoplasms. The drug is currently in preclinical development and has shown potential for the treatment of cancers, especially relapsed or refractory malignancies[1][4].
