KP-2350

KP-2350 is an investigational small molecule antiviral drug candidate developed by KinoPharma for the treatment of Epidemic Keratoconjunctivitis (EKC). The compound is designed to inhibit the replication of multiple adenovirus serotypes that are the primary causative agents of severe EKC, specifically targeting types 8, 19, 37, 53, 54, and 56. By providing direct antiviral activity at the site of infection through topical ophthalmic administration, KP-2350 aims to reduce the duration and severity of clinical symptoms and prevent long-term corneal complications such as subepithelial infiltrates.
