It achieves fully reduced free C5 levels (<0.5 μg/mL), a key biomarker for TP inhibition, enabling sustained complement blockade for immune system diseases. Primarily targeted at autoimmune and inflammatory conditions involving excessive complement activation, such as neutrophilic and other autoimmune disorders.[3][4][11]
