KQ-2003

KQ-2003 is a next-generation, autologous dual-target chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Novatim Immune Therapeutics. It utilizes a proprietary parallel dual-targeting architecture to simultaneously target B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD19. This design aims to enhance CAR-T cell persistence and anti-tumor activity while minimizing the risk of relapse associated with single-antigen escape. KQ-2003 is primarily being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory POEMS syndrome, a rare paraneoplastic syndrome caused by an underlying plasma cell disorder, and is also being evaluated for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
