Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KQ-2206 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Novatim Immune Therapeutics. The therapy is engineered to recognize two distinct epitopes of the CD70 antigen, a member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily. CD70 is frequently overexpressed in a variety of cancers, including renal cell carcinoma, glioblastoma, and several types of lymphoma and leukemia, while maintaining restricted expression in healthy tissues. By targeting two epitopes, KQ-2206 is designed to improve binding affinity and mitigate the risk of tumor immune escape through antigen loss. It is intended for the treatment of CD70-positive hematological and solid malignancies.
