Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KQ-2512 is an investigational *in vivo* CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Novatim Immune Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, specifically systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies that require complex manufacturing outside the body, KQ-2512 is designed to generate or program CAR-T cells directly within the patient's circulatory system. The therapy employs a dual-targeting strategy against B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD19, aiming to achieve comprehensive depletion of pathogenic B cells and plasma cells to reset the immune system in SLE patients. It is currently in the preclinical candidate (PCC) stage of development.
