Overview
KQB168 + pembrolizumab is an investigational **oral small molecule immunotherapy (KQB168)** in combination with **pembrolizumab**, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1, being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumor malignancies in adults who have progressed on immunotherapy. KQB168 is administered daily orally, and pembrolizumab is administered intravenously.
