KRAS-EphA-2-CAR-DC is an investigational cell therapy designed as a dendritic cell (DC) vaccine expressing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that targets both mutant KRAS and EphA2 antigens. The therapy aims to stimulate the immune system, particularly T cells, to recognize and attack tumor cells harboring these mutations or overexpressing these proteins. It is being studied in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including those with KRAS mutations such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), and colorectal cancer.
