KRAS G12D T cell engager is a bispecific T cell engager (TCE) being developed by Myrio Therapeutics for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors, including lung, pancreatic, and colon cancers. The therapeutic is designed to recognize the KRAS G12D mutation-derived peptide presented by Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) on the surface of cancer cells. By simultaneously binding to this peptide-HLA complex and the CD3 epsilon subunit on T cells, the drug facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, leading to T cell activation and the targeted destruction of tumor cells. It is currently in the discovery stage of development.
