KRAS G12V A*03:01 TCR-T (also known as ANOC-001) is an autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Anocca. It is specifically designed to target tumor cells harboring the KRAS G12V mutation when the mutant peptide is presented by the HLA-A*03:01 major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule. The therapy is generated using Anocca's proprietary platform to identify high-precision TCRs and utilizes non-viral gene editing for the engineering of patient T cells. It is currently being evaluated in the VIDAR-1 Phase I/II umbrella clinical trial, which targets patients with advanced pancreatic cancer and other solid tumors (such as lung and colorectal cancers) that are positive for both the KRAS G12V mutation and the matching HLA-A*03:01 allele.
