Overview

KRAS G12V TCR-T cells Clone 1 is an autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy targeting the KRAS G12V neoantigen presented by the HLA-A1101 molecule. Developed by Shanghai Xinpu BioTechnology, the TCR was isolated from a patient with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who achieved a partial response following treatment with a KRAS G12V mRNA vaccine. Clone 1 was selected as the lead candidate based on its high functional avidity, specific recognition of the mutant peptide (VVGAVGVGK) without reactivity to wild-type KRAS, and robust antitumor activity in pancreatic cancer xenograft models. Preliminary studies indicate that these TCR-T cells persist in vivo for 10-17 days and distribute to lymphoid organs, blood, and tumor sites.
