KRAS-mutant TCR-T is a T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Shanghai Bintie Biotech (also known as Binder Biotech or Immuxell) for the treatment of advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. The therapy consists of autologous or allogeneic T cells that have been engineered to express a T-cell receptor (TCR) specific for mutant KRAS peptides presented on HLA molecules. This enables the modified T cells to selectively recognize and eliminate tumor cells harboring KRAS mutations, which are common driver mutations in pancreatic cancer. The program has reached the Investigational New Drug (IND) stage, with an application accepted for clinical evaluation in China, positioning it as a targeted immunotherapy for difficult-to-treat solid tumors.
