Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Kre-Celazine is a proprietary nutraceutical compound developed by Dr. Jeff Golini at All American Pharmaceutical. It is a combination of alkali-buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn) and a mixture of cetylated fatty acids. Originally designed for sports nutrition and athletic performance, it has demonstrated significant anti-inflammatory properties. The buffered creatine component aims to provide the ergogenic benefits of creatine without the typical breakdown into creatinine, while the cetylated fatty acids act as surfactants and anti-inflammatory agents to reduce joint and muscle pain. Notably, it received FDA Orphan Drug Status in 2013 for the treatment of Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA) and Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) after clinical studies showed efficacy in children unresponsive to standard therapies.
