Kremil-S

It is formulated to provide symptomatic relief for various acid-related and gas-related gastrointestinal disorders. The product typically contains a combination of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, which serve as antacids by neutralizing gastric hydrochloric acid, and simethicone, an anti-foaming agent that reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles to alleviate bloating and flatulence.
