KRM-10

**KRM-10** is an investigational pan-HLA therapeutic cancer vaccine comprising a mixture of 10 short HLA class I-restricted peptide epitopes derived from EGFR, HNRPL, LCK, MRP3, SART3, and WHSC2. It is formulated with the incomplete Freund's adjuvant Montanide ISA-51VG and administered by subcutaneous injection to stimulate peptide-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte and humoral immune responses against tumor-associated antigens. In a single-center phase I dose-escalation study in heavily pretreated advanced gastrointestinal cancers, no dose-limiting toxicities were observed at total peptide doses of 10, 20, or 30 mg weekly for 6 weeks; the 20-mg dose was selected as the recommended phase II dose based on its immunogenicity and tolerability.
