Overview

KRX-107 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) being developed by KinaRx for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). The compound is specifically designed to target FLT3 mutations, including gatekeeper and secondary mutations that confer resistance to currently approved FLT3 inhibitors. KRX-107 is KinaRx's lead compound and is currently in preclinical safety studies. The drug aims to address the clinical challenge of relapse in AML patients who develop resistance to first- and second-generation FLT3 inhibitors.
