Overview

KS1 is a bi- and tri-cyclic catalytic interceptor designed using lab-on-a-chip technology and artificial intelligence (double-shell deep learning) to inhibit multiple SARS-CoV-2 protomers. It is characterized by a nitrile catalytic head and specific halogen atom placement, enhancing its ability to deactivate viral protein targets. KS1 meets druglikeness criteria according to Lipinski's rule of five, GHOSE, VEBER, EGAN, and MUEGGE.
