KSH01-TCR-T is an investigational autologous T cell therapy in which a patient's own CD4+ and/or CD8+ T cells are genetically engineered using a lentiviral vector to express a T cell receptor (TCR) specifically targeting the tumor-associated antigen **MAGE-A4 (Melanoma-associated antigen 4)**. Upon reinfusion, these engineered T cells recognize and bind to MAGE-A4-expressing tumor cells, inducing cell death through antigen-specific cytotoxicity. This therapy is being developed primarily for the treatment of refractory or relapsed solid tumors, including bladder cancer, esophageal carcinoma, gastrointestinal cancers, melanoma, head and neck cancer, and sarcoma[1][3][5][8][9]. Primary mechanism: adoptive cell therapy using engineered, antigen-specific TCR-T cells.
