Overview
KSX01 is a personalized T cell receptor-engineered T cell (TCR-T) therapy developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory solid tumors. It is designed to replace or supplement T lymphocytes with genetically engineered cells that recognize tumor-specific antigens, enabling targeted immunologic cytotoxicity against cancer cells. The therapy does not require fixed targets or HLA typing restrictions, making it broadly applicable across diverse patient populations with solid tumors. Developed by Keshihua (Nanjing) Biotechnology and associated with TCRx Therapeutics, KSX01 has demonstrated early human safety and efficacy data in Phase 1 clinical trials for various solid neoplasms[1][2][4][7].
