KT-110 is Kinnov Therapeutics' proprietary fixed-dose small-molecule combination of **cyproheptadine** and **prazosin** being developed primarily for alcohol use disorder. Cyproheptadine antagonizes serotonergic 5-HT2 receptors, including 5-HT2A and 5-HT2C, while prazosin antagonizes alpha1-adrenergic receptors. Kinnov's proposed addiction mechanism is concurrent serotonergic and noradrenergic receptor modulation to regulate dopamine signaling in reward circuitry. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2 study in severe alcohol use disorder has been completed, while Phase 3 development has been designed but is not confirmed as initiated.
