KT-243

KT-243 is an investigational small molecule designed as a targeted protein degrader, specifically a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC). It is being developed by Kymera Therapeutics. The drug targets the degradation of MALT1 (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1), a key signaling protein involved in the NF-κB pathway, which plays a critical role in immune cell activation and survival. By inducing selective degradation of MALT1, KT-243 aims to modulate aberrant immune signaling implicated in certain hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases. As of mid-2025, KT-243 is under clinical investigation for various cancers and immunological disorders.
