Overview

KT-721 is an investigational, small-molecule oncology drug designed to target pathways critical to tumor cell survival. Discovered using Kimia Therapeutics' proprietary ATLAS (AcTive Learning with Automated Synthesis and Screening) platform, which integrates generative AI with medicinal chemistry, KT-721 is being developed for the treatment of cancer. Under a clinical collaboration agreement, CStone Pharmaceuticals will lead Phase I clinical development of KT-721 in mainland China and Australia, evaluating the drug in biomarker-selected patient populations to establish safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and early anti-tumor activity.
