KT-PC-301 is a personalized cell therapy candidate developed for the treatment of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), including cases associated with COVID-19. Originally developed by Koligo Therapeutics and subsequently acquired by Orgenesis, the therapy utilizes the proprietary 3D-V bioprinting technology platform to create vascularized, cell-based constructs. KT-PC-301 is designed to be manufactured at the point-of-care using Orgenesis's POCare platform, which facilitates a decentralized approach to the production of autologous cell therapies.
